Regular Hours -
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
Rates
Individuals - $130. for 50 minutes
Couples - $175. for 1 1/4 hour
Group Rates depend on the length and meeting times of the particular group.
Insurance
A diagnosis can be given if you wish your insurance company to help cover the cost, however, I am NOT on any insurance plans. If you wish to pay on your own, no diagnosis is necessary.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash or check is paid at the end of each session and you receive a receipt at the time.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not given notice at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
